Our PAW to PAW program is a platform for middle school students and elementary school students to collaborate. Middle school students visit elementary school classrooms monthly and discuss what it means to be on TRACK (trustworthy, accountable, collaborative, kind). We’ve found this platform to be an amazing way to tear the division in the age groups and create a strong Bobcat community.
Positive behavior throughout campus gives students the opportunity to earn Bobcat bucks from staff members. Middle school students serve as cashiers in the bobcat store. All students have the opportunity to go into the bobcat store, twice a month, and retrieve an item in exchange for their bobcat bucks.
